Spend over $25 on haberdashery items between now and April 30th, 2013 and be in the draw to win a fantastc $200 Haberdashery Hamper. Thanks to Sullivans Internatonal Ltd for their support in this venture! 121147 Local craft enthusiasts will soon be stitching up a storm thanks to Scrapaholics’ new range of haberdashery supplies. Introduced just over a week ago, this refreshing addition is now available at the Howick scrap- booking shop in Moore Street alongside its usual offerings. Aptly named Bits & Bobs, the new product range is a joint col- laboration between Scrapaholics and one of its suppliers, Sullivans International Ltd in East Tamaki. Scrapaholics’ owner and founder Jodi Tomlin says the decision to expand came about after spotting a gap in the local market for haberdashery sup- plies. “It’s becoming increasingly diffcult to fnd top quality hab- erdashery supplies locally so we thought we’d make it easier for the public to source essential notions at our convenient location.” Of course, Jodi herself is no stranger to spinning a yarn. The avid scrapbooker has honed her skill with the needle for many years and even successfully ran her own wool business. As a result, whether it’s sew- ing, patchwork or repairs, Bits & Bobs has just the needle to pull the thread. From all manner of zips and Velcro to an extensive range of ribbons as well as specialty prod- ucts such as stranded embroidery cotton, this pattern is proving to be a popular one with beginners, amateurs and pros alike. In line with Jodi’s aim to become a dedicated craft store, Bits & Bobs will continue to expand further down the line after gauging the response from shoppers. “Ultimately, we want to hear from our customers – what they would like to see more of, what is missing and how we can improve our range,” says Jodi. “We also have a loyalty card that applies to the entire Bits & Bobs range so customers are rewarded for every dollar they spend with us.” Email email@example.com to provide any feedback or sign up to receive a newsletter with lots of special bargains, news and useful titbits of information.
